Other than regulated industries, companies in Hong Kong can choose to incorporate with as little as HK$1 in initial capital.

We need this documentation to verify your application with the Company Registry.
Necessary documents includes:
- A photocopy of your HKID or passport;
- Full name of the business in English and/or Chinese;
- Business address (We can provide one if needed);
- The nature of your business;
- The date of commencement;
Your company will be registered in 1-2 business days
We can courier the documents straight to you, or you can pick them up from our office.
The Company Kit includes:
- Certificate of Incorporation (Original);
- Business Registration Certificate;
- A Share Certificate book;
- A document related to change of director, company secretary, registered office and designated representatives;
- 9 printed copies of Memorandum and Articles of Association;
- Statutory Registers;
- Stamped Instrument of Transfer and Bought and Sold Note;
- A pocket chop, a rubber chop for “authorized signatories” and one Statutory Common Seal;
- Duplicate copies of documents filed with the Companies Registry in relation to the change of directors, secretary, location of registered office and one duly share certificate for each shareholder.
